Consignor Registration Info

Registration opens August 1, 2008.  Email us the info (or mail to the address on the form)We need name, address, phone, consignor # & if you would like to volunteer or not.

You will be notified when you are accepted.  When your registration is processed, you will receive a seller number. Click for detailed tagging instructionsNote, if you have 100 items or more, you must call for an appointment to drop off/check in.

HFBC retains 25% of the selling price of all items sold.  This money will be donated to the AWANA Kids Club.  Consignors may pick up their profits on Friday, Sept. 19, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the church office or we'll mail your proceeds check for a $1 fee for postage & handling to be deducted from your proceeds.  A $5 registration fee will be deducted from your profits to help cover advertisement.  Proceeds not picked up by 5 p.m. on Sept. 19 will be donated or forfeited.
